We've Only Just Begun (Challenges)

Master all 10 'We've Only Just Begun' challenges in Genshin Impact's Theater Mechanicus. Learn strategies for difficulty, enemy defeat, points, and Mechanici upgrades to earn Peace Talismans.

Challenges:

1. Clear a stage at difficulty 1 or higher in Theater Mechanicus. (160 Peace Talismans)
2. Clear a stage at difficulty 2 or higher with a score of at least 420 points in Theater Mechanicus. (300 Peace Talismans)
3. Clear a stage at difficulty 3 or higher with a score of at least 490 points in Theater Mechanicus. (300 Peace Talismans)
4. Clear a stage at difficulty 4 or higher with a score of at least 560 points in Theater Mechanicus. (300 Peace Talismans)
5. Clear a stage at difficulty 2 or higher in Theater Mechanicus while defeating all monsters. (300 Peace Talismans)
6. Clear a stage at difficulty 3 or higher in Theater Mechanicus while defeating all monsters. (300 Peace Talismans)
7. Clear a stage at difficulty 4 or higher in Theater Mechanicus while defeating all monsters. (300 Peace Talismans)
8. Raise any 4 Mechanici to Lv. 4 in Theater Mechanicus. (300 Peace Talismans)
9. Raise any 5 Mechanici to Lv. 5 in Theater Mechanicus. (400 Peace Talismans)
10. Raise any 6 Mechanici to Lv. 6 in Theater Mechanicus. (500 Peace Talismans)

Mechanici Related Challenges Strategy:

• To complete challenges requiring high Mechanici levels (Lv. 6), play until Difficulty 4 (Multiplier 1.6) is unlocked.
• Upgrade the Recovery Mechanicus to Level 3 early to increase Veneficus Sigil gain.
• In Difficulty 4, place 2-3 Recovery Mechanici and prioritize the Fearless Mystic Art for maximum Sigils (goal: 1,200).
• Level all Mechanici equally to Lv. 4, then Lv. 5, and finally Lv. 6.

Difficulty Related Challenges Strategy:

• The first challenge (Difficulty 1) is easy to complete while learning the mode.
• For higher difficulties, ensure all six Mechanici are fully upgraded before attempting.
• For defeating all enemies: Avoid the Fearless Mystic Art. Choose Mystic Arts that counter the current enemy elements (e.g., Cryo/Hydro/Anemo Mechanici ATK 75% against Pyro enemies).
• For achieving high scores: Place Mechanici only at necessary choke points with the correct elemental counters. Avoid placing a Pyro Mechanici against Pyro enemies. Attempt Fearless Mystic Arts early to build points.
