Skills

Normal Attack: Origin
Performs up to 5 consecutive spear strikes. Charged Attack consumes Stamina for an upward slash. Plunging Attack strikes the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Elemental Skill: Transcendence: Baleful Omen
Deals Electro DMG to nearby opponents and grants party members the Eye of Stormy Judgment. When characters with this buff attack, the Eye unleashes a coordinated attack, dealing AoE Electro DMG. This buff increases Elemental Burst DMG based on the Burst's Energy Cost. The Eye can trigger one coordinated attack every 0.9s per party. Coordinated attacks from non-controlled characters deal 20% DMG.

Elemental Burst: Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu
Deals AoE Electro DMG and enters the Musou Isshin state. In this state, attacks are infused with Electro DMG (cannot be overridden) and regenerate Energy for all nearby party members (once every 1s, 5 times total). Resistance to interruption is increased, and immune to Electro-Charged DMG. Attacks in this state are considered Elemental Burst DMG. Effects clear when Raiden Shogun leaves the field.
Chakra Desiderata: Gains Resolve stacks based on the Energy Cost of nearby party members' Elemental Bursts (max 60 stacks). Resolve clears 300s after Raiden Shogun leaves the field.

Passive Talents

Wishes Unnumbered (Ascension 1): Chakra Desiderata gains 2 Resolve stacks when nearby party members gain Elemental Orbs or Particles (occurs every 3s).

Enlightened One (Ascension 4): For every 1% above 100% Energy Recharge, Raiden Shogun gains 0.6% greater Energy restoration from Musou Isshin and 0.4% Electro DMG Bonus.

All-Preserver (Unlocked Auto): Decreases Mora cost by 50% when ascending Swords and Polearms.
