Friendships, Wishes, and Regrets

Return to Wangsheng Funeral Parlor and find out what happened. Head to the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor in the southwest corner of the upper half of Liyue Harbor. A cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) will play as you approach. You need to collect three keepsakes from Big G’s friends for a ritual.

Ask Little Wu for a keepsake. Little Wu is located northeast of the southern Liyue Harbor waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination). Talking to him triggers another cutscene. He mentions he loved Jueyun Chili Chicken and would make it if you brought him Jueyun Chilis.

Find Jueyun Chili and give it to Little Wu. If you have Jueyun Chilis, give one to Little Wu. If not, you can buy one from Wanmin Restaurant, located southeast of your current position, marked by a fork and spoon icon on the map. This completes one keepsake.

Ask Mumu for a keepsake. Mumu is tending a stall southeast of the northern Liyue Harbor waypoint. After a cutscene where he discusses his childhood dreams, he will give you the Luxurious Toybox, the second keepsake.

Ask Congzi for a keepsake. Turn southeast, go between two buildings, around the outside of a building, and climb up to a bridge. As you walk towards the middle of the bridge, a cutscene will play. Congzi explains she has Plaustrite Shards stored with the Warehouse Manager and needs one to make a Custom-Made Xiao Lantern.

Talk to Warehouse Manager. Teleport to the southern Liyue Harbor waypoint and head northeast towards the Docks. The Warehouse Manager is standing between the gates. He will tell you the Plaustrite Shard is in one of the three crates behind him; the correct one is on top.

Give the Plaustrite Shard to Congzi. Return to Congzi on the bridge and give her the Shard. She will then craft a Custom-Made Xiao Lantern. With all three keepsakes collected, the quest concludes.
