Gorou is the great general of Watatsumi Island’s forces, a humble and trusted leader.

His Normal Attack is Ripping Fang Fletching, which performs up to 4 consecutive shots. His Charged Attack is an Aimed Shot with increased DMG, and his Plunging Attack deals AoE DMG.

His Elemental Skill is Inuzaka All-Round Defense, which deals AoE Geo DMG and sets up a General’s War Banner. This banner provides DEF Bonus, Interruption Resistance, or Geo DMG Bonus based on the number of Geo characters in the party (1, 2, or 3 respectively). Gorou can only have one banner active, and characters can only benefit from one banner.

His Elemental Burst is Juuga: Forward Unto Victory, which deals AoE Geo DMG and creates a field called General’s Glory. This field provides buffs similar to the General’s War Banner, moves with the active character, generates Crystal Collapse every 1.5s dealing AoE Geo DMG, and pulls elemental shards to the active character every 1.5s. If a General’s War Banner exists when this skill is used, it is destroyed.

Passive Talent 1 (Ascension 1): Heedless of the Wind and Weather - After using Juuga: Forward Unto Victory, nearby party members’ DEF is increased by 25% for 12s.

Passive Talent 2 (Ascension 4): A Favor Repaid - Gorou receives DMG Bonuses to his attacks based on his DEF. Inuzaka All-Round Defense Skill DMG is increased by 156% of DEF, and Juuga: Forward Unto Victory Skill DMG and Crystal Collapse DMG are increased by 15.6% of DEF.

Passive Talent 3 (Unlocked Auto): Seeker of Shinies - Displays the location of nearby Inazuma-unique resources on the mini-map.

Constellation 1: Rushing Hound: Swift as the Wind - Decreases the CD of Inuzaka All-Round Defense by 2s when nearby party members deal Geo DMG, usable once every 10s.

Constellation 2: Sitting Hound: Steady as a Clock - Extends General’s Glory duration by 1s when an active character obtains an Elemental Shard from a Crystallize reaction, max extension of 3s.

Constellation 3: Mauling Hound: Fierce as Fire - Increases the Level of Inuzaka All-Round Defense by 3 (max level 15).

Constellation 4: Lapping Hound: Warm as Water - When General’s Glory is in the “Impregnable” or “Crunch” states, it heals active characters within its AoE by 50% of Gorou’s DEF every 1.5s.

Constellation 5: Striking Hound: Thunderous Force - Increases the Level of Juuga: Forward Unto Victory by 3 (max level 15).

Constellation 6: Valiant Hound: Mountainous Fealty - For 12s after using Inuzaka All-Round Defense or Juuga: Forward Unto Victory, increases the CRIT DMG of nearby party members’ Geo DMG based on the buff level of the skill’s field at the time of use (Standing Firm: +10%, Impregnable: +20%, Crunch: +40%).
