Walkthrough
- 1Try to leave Ritou. You will be stopped by Kobayashi for lacking Travel Permits.
- 2Go to the Kanjou Commissioner’s Office to ask about a way to leave Ritou.
- 3Talk to Hiiragi Shinsuke, the Commissioner of the Kanjou Commission.
- 4Leave the Kanjou Commissioner’s Office.
- 5Receive a letter from Miss Hiiragi.
- 6Meet Hiiragi Chisato at the appointed time (18:00 - 24:00) north of the walls, at the end of the pergola.
- 7Agree to deliver a secret letter to Kujou Kamaji on Narukami Island.
- 8Go to Ritou’s borders to carry out Chisato’s plan. Hiiragi Chisato will manipulate the guards to hire you as bodyguards for the goods being transported.
- 9Escort the goods and leave Ritou. This involves protecting a Transport Balloon.

- When escorting the goods, you will face several groups of enemies and barricades.
- The first group consists of a Treasure Hoarder Seaman, a Treasure Hoarder Cryo Potioneer, and a Treasure Hoarder Hydro Potioneer. Prioritize taking out the Cryo Potioneer to avoid being frozen.
- The second group includes a Treasure Hoarder Gravedigger, two Treasure Hoarder Marksmans, a Treasure Hoarder Pyro Potioneer, and a Nobushi: Hitsukeban. Utilize Cryo and Electro attacks due to the wet surface to trigger Frozen and Electro-Charged statuses.
- The third group features Hilichurls, Treasure Hoarders, and a Fiery Might: Kairagi. Consider using a shield user like Zhongli or Noelle for defense against the Kairagi.
