Knights of Favonius

First off, you'll need to head to the Knights of Favonius headquarters. Just open the main door, and bam! A cutscene will kick off automatically.

During this scene, you'll meet Jean, the Acting Grand Master, and Lisa, the resident Librarian. They'll chat with you about the whole Stormterror situation.

After the discussion, Jean and Lisa will task you with finding out where Stormterror's power is coming from. They've figured out it's linked to some old Four Winds' Temples scattered around Mondstadt. You'll need to visit three of these, and the game breaks these down into separate quests: 'Winds of the Past,' 'Crash Course,' and 'Sparks Amongst the Pages.' Don't stress about the order; you can tackle them however you like!

Quick heads-up: right after this quest wraps up, you should hit Adventure Rank 5. This is a big deal because it unlocks 'Wishes' (Genshin's gacha system for getting new characters and gear) and the 'Shop.' You'll see these options pop up in your main menu, and the game will nudge you to check them out.

Once you step outside the HQ, Paimon will suggest you get ready for what's next. She'll recommend visiting Wagner the Blacksmith in Mondstadt for a quest called 'Sharpening the Axe Won’t Hinder the Work.' You'll also get a tutorial on enhancing your weapons in the Weapons menu, showing you how to use Enhancement Ores to make your gear stronger. It's a good idea to follow these prompts to get a handle on the game's core mechanics!
