Biography: Xinyan, whose birthday is November 4th, is affiliated with The Red Strings in Liyue. Her special dish is Rockin’ Riffin’ Chicken!, and she can be obtained through Wishes.

Introduction: Liyue’s sole rock ‘n’ roll musician, Xinyan, uses her music and passionate singing to rebel against prejudice. Her performances are known for intense pyrotechnics, which she insists are physical phenomena, not directly related to her Vision.

Xinyan’s Skills:

1. Normal Attack: Dance on Fire Performs up to 4 consecutive strikes. Charged Attacks drain stamina for continuous spinning attacks, and Plunging Attacks strike the ground dealing AoE damage.
2. Elemental Skill: Sweeping Fervor Xinyan brandishes her instrument, dealing Pyro DMG and forming a shield based on her DEF and the number of enemies hit. Hitting 0-1 enemies grants Shield Level 1: Ad Lib. Hitting 2 enemies grants Shield Level 2: Lead-In. Hitting 3 or more enemies grants Shield Level 3: Rave, which also deals intermittent Pyro DMG to nearby enemies. The shield infuses Xinyan with Pyro and has 250% DMG Absorption effectiveness against Pyro DMG.
3. Elemental Burst: Riff Revolution Xinyan launches nearby enemies with rapid strumming, dealing Physical DMG. Explosions then deal Pyro DMG to nearby enemies.
