Independent Actions

Access the Hangout Events by going to the Quest menu, then the Story sub-menu, and navigating to the second page. Select Chongyun and confirm the unlock for "Signs of Evil", which costs two Story Keys.

After unlocking, teleport to the lower Wuwang Hill waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination) (the marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination) and head northeast towards a dilapidated house. To the left of the house, you will find a ghost named Qianqian.

Speak with Qianqian. You will have dialogue choices, but they do not affect the outcome. Agree to help her without making firm promises.

Head west and speak with Chongyun, who is conversing with NPCs Zhouliang and Fu San’er. A scene will play where Zhouliang and Fu San’er express concern about Chongyun's presence at the Test of Courage, questioning the ethics of charging participants if there are no ghosts. Chongyun defends his position and calls the Test of Courage a scam.

Participants will then run past, screaming about a ghost. Explain to Chongyun about the ghost girl you encountered and the situation. Chongyun will agree to leave her in peace as long as she causes no harm. This concludes the Hangout Event with Ending 5 - Goodbyes.
