Learn how to complete Genshin Impact Requests for city reputation and other rewards. Find out where to find items and how to turn them in to Hertha.
Requests are a neat system in Genshin Impact that lets you earn City Reputation and other goodies just by gathering a few items for NPCs. To get started, you'll need to find Hertha, the Knights of Favonius Coordinator. She's chilling northwest of the Angel's Share tavern.
Once you chat with Hertha, you'll see the city reputation screen. Just pick the 'Requests' option, and you'll see a list of NPCs who need your help. Basically, you'll be gathering specific items for them. The table below shows who needs what:
| Client | Items required | Notes |
| Helen | 10 Sweet Flowers | Found in the wild on grassy plains, Springvale is a good place to look. |
| Manly Jack | 3 servings of Chicken-Mushroom Skewer | Purchase from the Good Hunter shop or craft using 1 mushroom and 1 Fowl per serving. |
| Brook | 6 servings of Fowl | Visit areas near water like lakes or beaches and kill birds before they fly away, best to use a bow. Can also be found by checking crates which can give random ingrediants. |
| Gloria | 3 sets of Dandelion Seeds | Found just outside Mondstadt’s main gate, use Traveler’s Palm Vortex on them to make the seeds drop. |
- Sweet Flowers: These are super common. Springvale is a great spot, but you'll find them all over grassy areas. Just pick them up as you explore!
- Chicken-Mushroom Skewer: You can buy these directly from the Good Hunter in Mondstadt City. If you want to craft them yourself, you'll need 1 Fowl and 1 Mushroom for each serving.
- Fowl: Hunt birds! They tend to hang out near water sources like lakes and beaches. Using a bow makes it much easier to take them down before they fly off. Keep an eye out for crates too, as they can sometimes contain Fowl.
- Dandelion Seeds: Head just outside Mondstadt's main gate. When you find them, use the Traveler's 'Palm Vortex' skill on the Dandelions to make the seeds pop out.
