Alright, let's wrap up the main story of Far Harbor in Fallout 4. The quest 'Close to Home' has two main outcomes, depending on the choices you've made throughout the DLC, specifically regarding Acadia and Kasumi.

Kasumi is Dead

So, if you decided to destroy Acadia during the main questline, you're going to have a grim task ahead. You'll need to head back to the Nakano Residence and deliver the bad news to Kasumi's family. It's a somber moment, and while the quest concludes here, the reward is just the XP. You'll also get some follow-up MISC objectives to 'Talk to Nick' and 'Talk to Ellie'.

Kasumi is Alive

This is the happier ending, and it's achievable as long as you didn't side with destroying Acadia. After finishing up 'Cleansing the Land' or 'Reformation', you can find Kasumi. Convince her to head home to the Nakano Residence for a tearful reunion. If you want to keep her in Acadia, that's an option, but for this quest's conclusion, sending her home is the way to go.

Once you're back at the Nakano Residence, Kenji and his wife will be incredibly grateful and will reward you with 'Grandpa's stash'. You'll get a few MISC objectives: 'Dig up the Stash of Supplies', 'Talk to Nick', and 'Talk to Ellie'. The stash is located near the boathouse – just follow your marker to dig it up. Inside, you'll find a good amount of bottlecaps, some ammo, and the unique weapon, the Resolute Powerful Assault Rifle. This rifle has a neat effect where time slows down when you're chambering the last round in the magazine, and it's highly moddable.
