    Select the quest When Pigs Fly from your Pip-Boy. It will direct you to an unmarked location southeast of Lexington, south of Wattz Consumer Electronics, east of Kendall Hospital, and west of Cambridge Crater.

    Head to the quest marker to find a small garage, the storefront for a merchant named Suggs.

    Investigate the terminal behind Suggs and read all entries to learn about his missing companion, Marvin, and information on weapons Suggs was hired to create.

Tips
  • Heading due east from Suggs’ location will take you through the heavily irradiated and Ghoul-infested Cambridge Crater. Heading south and east involves dealing with a second Raider base near Monsignor Plaza, which can make finishing the quest easier by clearing out enemies beforehand. The safest route is north, then east, but expect to encounter Raiders, Super Mutants, or Ghouls regardless of your path.
  • When looting the shelves behind the counter in Monsignor Plaza, be aware of a Grenade Bouquet trap.
  • If you choose to give Suggs the schematics, you cannot get both the Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher Rifle and the Flakker, as the rifle despawns from Suggs’ inventory once you give him the schematics. Creating a hard save before talking to Suggs allows you to test both weapons.
