Follow our Fallout 4 guide to complete The Lost Patrol quest. Find radio signals, battle Super Mutants, and uncover secrets at Relay Tower 0MC-810, West Everett Estates, and the National Guard Training Yard.
Walkthrough
- 1Relay Tower 0MC-810: Interact with the terminal to extend satellites, gaining two new radio signals: "Default Radio Signal" and "Separated Family Radio Signal".
- 2Default Radio Signal: Head east from the tower, tune into the "Default Radio Signal", and follow it. You'll reach a road; follow it north to a four-way intersection with a tree. Take the eastern-most road, keeping an eye south for a ruined house. Explore the house to find a trapdoor leading to a basement. The radio is on a table, near an Advanced Safe.
- 3Separated Family Radio Signal: Follow this signal west to West Everett Estates. This area is a Super Mutant camp with leveled Super Mutants, Mutant Hounds, and Turrets, led by a unique Super Mutant named Hammer who uses a Missile Launcher. Defeat them all.
- 4West Everett Estates Bunker: Locate the water tower on the south-western edge of town. In a small shack east of the water tower, find a trapdoor leading to the Backyard Bunker. Inside, you'll find a Hazmat Suit on shelves, a Novice Toolbox, and pre-war junk. On a table, find a Nuka Cola Quantum.
- 5Wayne's Terminal: Continue south-west from the bunker to find "Wayne's Terminal". Eject "David's Holotape" and use the terminal to bypass the lock on a nearby wall Safe (Expert). Loot a Steamer Trunk.
- 6Looting West Everett Estates:
- 7Yellow house (south-east of bunker entrance): Find "Hammer's Holototape" on the counter.
- 8Blue house (across the street): Find a Safe (Master) and a Duffle Bag.
- 9Another blue house (east): Search the eastern room for a Dresser containing the "Boston Mayoral Shelter Bathroom Key".
- 10Yellow house (north): Loot an Ammo Box and a Chem Box on a patio table.
- 11Red truck: Find a Super Mutant Helmet, a First Aid Box, and an Expert Steamer Trunk.
- 12Blue house (north-west, past barricades, then east): Be cautious of two rigged Bathrooms Scales with Grenade Bouquets and Frag Mines. Disarm them. Hack "Lance's Terminal" (Advanced) to unlock a nearby Expert Safe. Find another Advanced Safe in a back room.
- 13Return to Relay Tower 0MC-810: Head back towards the tower. North of the last house looted, disarm a Tripwire near a ruined car and bushes. Further north, you may encounter a Super Mutant in a trapped house with Frag Mines.
- 14National Guard Training Yard: From the relay tower, head east to the National Guard Training Yard. Be prepared for Feral Ghouls, Frag Mines, and turrets. Clear the area and loot two small concrete structures (north-east and south-west of central buildings). Ignore the red door to the National Guard Armory (Master) for now. You will pick up another "Distress Signal" here.
- 15National Guard Recruitment Office: Enter the National Guard Recruitment Office. Clear Ghouls in the southern room. West of a Cooking Station, find a gun and a Footlocker. Ignore the "Barracks Access Terminal" (Expert) on a caged-off area for now.
- 16Knight Astlin's Body: Continue south, then west into a small room. Find the body of Knight Astlin. Loot her for "Knight Astlin's Holotape" and her holotag. Grab the nearby Distress Pulser and listen to her holotape.
- 17Upper Level: Return east to the previous room and go up the stairs to the east. On the upper level, turn south into a room with a ruined floor. Circle around to find an Advanced Safe. Return north, maneuver around the ruined floor into an office to the west. Find the "National Guard Officer's Password" in a desk.
