Alright, so you've finished the intro bit in Sanctuary and gotten the hang of the basics. The main quest is nudging you towards Diamond City, but trust me, that's a tough road right now. You'll want to get a few levels under your belt first.

Before you even think about Diamond City, Preston's going to want you to help out some nearby settlements. It's way easier, gets you experience, and you'll snag some much-needed resources. The catch is, Preston sends you to random places, so this guide's gonna cover the general areas around Sanctuary to get you prepped. We'll cover those spots on the upcoming pages.
