Follow our comprehensive Fallout 4 walkthrough for the Unlikely Valentine quest, guiding you through Park Street Station and Vault 114 to find Nick Valentine.
Walkthrough
- 1Enter Park Street Station, facing four Triggermen. Use the station off to the left for cover.
- 2Loot the station. A Terminal is in a south room, and a Novice-locked door leads to a saferoom with an Expert Safe. Be cautious of a grenade trap in the far bathroom stalls.
- 3Proceed south down the stairs, disarming a floor trap by interacting with the Bathroom Scale for XP.
- 4In the large subway area, engage nearly a dozen Triggermen. Utilize the multiple tracks and central sections for cover. Take them out one by one, moving from cover to cover.
- 5Clear the left side, then continue right to eliminate remaining Triggermen.
- 6Loot the area. A Novice-locked door in the western corner leads to a dead-end hallway with a gun trap near a sleeping bag. Loot the Expert Safe here.
- 7Head east down the tunnel (left tunnel) to a final open area with more Triggermen. Use stealth if possible. Kill and loot them.
- 8Open the Vault 114 door using the console and enter.
- 9Inside Vault 114 (Exterior), take out the Triggerman investigating from the left.
- 10Sneak left to find a Novice-locked toolbox. Check the left room for another Triggerman.
- 11Explore the right room for a terminal explaining Vault 114's purpose and grab chems.
- 12Enter the left room and proceed down stairs to a room with a hallway and two more Triggermen.
- 13Follow the linear path to a large catwalk area with several Triggermen. Engage them carefully, moving left. A broken catwalk on the right leads to a crate with items.
- 14Proceed through the catwalk room into a chamber to the north-east. Find pre-war money, an open safe, and a Bobby Pin Box near a hole in the floor.
- 15Jump down the hole, landing on ledges. Find another terminal and a Bobby Pin Box. Head through the door into Vault 114 proper.
- 16Inside Vault 114, sneak up the left side and stairs to encounter Dino. Sneak attack him.
- 17Search Dino for the "Overseer Door Password".
- 18Optionally, explore the Advanced-locked door on the middle floor (western end) for junk and first aid items. Note the Large Toolbox (Novice) on the bottom floor near the stairs.
- 19Use the Overseer Door Password on the terminal to open the door and speak with Nick Valentine.
