Alright, let's talk about Mystic Pines. This place used to be a retirement home before the bombs fell, so it's not exactly packed with high-tech gear, but there's still some decent stuff to snag. You'll find plenty of lamps around, which are good for copper if you're into crafting. In the main lobby, keep an eye out for a stash of Nuka-Cola and Nuka-Cherry chilling on the floor.

The real treasures are a bit more hidden. In the back of the building, you'll run into two locked doors. One is a cage door – pick that one open, and you'll find a couple of First Aid boxes. The other locked door leads down to a basement. Head down there, and you can find a reactor.
