Shadow of Steel/Tour of Duty

Meet Key NPCs: As Paladin Danse suggested, tour the Prydwen and meet Knight-Captain Cade, Proctor Quinlan, Proctor Teagan, and Proctor Ingram.

Talk to Knight-Captain Cade: Cade is located to the south. He will ask you several medical questions. Your answers do not affect the outcome. After the questions, you can barter with him for medical supplies and healing.

Talk to Proctor Quinlan: Quinlan is also to the south, to the left of Cade. He is the ship's tech expert. He will mistake you for someone else but will ultimately give you the Miscellaneous Quest “Collect Technical Documents for Proctor Quinlan”. This quest causes "Technical Documents" to spawn in containers across the Commonwealth, which can be sold to Quinlan for 25 Caps each. He will also ask you to return later for more tasks.

Talk to Proctor Ingram: Head north past the Power Armor. Ingram is the resident technician responsible for Power Armor repairs. She will inform you that your T60 Power Armor is located in bay 3. You can pass a moderate speech check when asking about her legs.

Claim Your Power Armor: After speaking with Ingram, you can claim your T60 Power Armor from bay 3. The correct Power Armor will not appear red when you approach it.

Talk to Quartermaster Teagan: Continue north past Ingram. Teagan is in charge of the shop and offers unique armor and mods. Browse his store if you wish.

Quest End: After finishing your conversation with Teagan, the "Tour of Duty" quest will officially conclude. Wait a few moments for the next quest, “Show No Mercy”, to initiate.
