    After finding Vergil in the Glowing Sea, you'll be tasked with finding and eliminating an Institute Courser for his headwear.

    Head to the “C.I.T. Ruins” located on the southern end of Cambridge, near the river. You can fast-travel to the Campus Law Offices and head south.

    Upon reaching the “C.I.T. Ruins”, tune your radio to the “Courser Signal”.

    Follow the signal strength, which increases as you get closer to the Courser. Head east, past the main building, and continue east (slightly north-east) until you encounter a Raider Camp.

    Infiltrate the Raider Camp: sneak to the door on the right and open it. Silently eliminate as many Raiders as possible while moving east. Be aware of a Machine Gun Turret on the left and Frag Grenades on the ground.

    An elevated walkway (air bridge) with Raiders can be accessed by entering an Office Building to the north (door near the turret). This building connects to another camp north of it. If combat becomes unavoidable, clear the lower area and proceed east.

    Go up the guard stairs (not down to the gate on the right) and jump over the wall to reach the road to the east.

    Continue east, and you will soon reach “Greenetech Genetics”, a large, distinctively green building. The entrance is on the eastern side.

    Enter Greenetech Genetics. The Courser has already been here, leaving behind many dead Gunners. Loot the area and proceed upstairs through the nearby doorway.

    In the outdoor lobby, you will be ambushed by Gunners. Machine Gun Turrets will activate. Jump to the bottom portion of the lobby and use the terminal in the south-east corner to shut down the turrets. Grab the nearby First Aid Box.

    Fight your way back up, as three Gunners will attack.

    Proceed down the hallway, taking the right path (the left is a dead end). Be cautious of upper-level guards as you round the corner.

    In an office area on the left, you may find a locked Chem Cooler (Novice lock). Continue upstairs to the third floor, where you'll receive a notification about the Courser's arrival.

    On the third floor, clear out the guards in the bathrooms (ahead and to the right).

    The only way forward is through the room on the right down the hallway. Eliminate the two Gunners inside.

    On a table in this room, you'll find the Massachusetts Surgical Journal.

    Continue down the hallway, take out another Gunner, and note the supply closet (with a Toolbox) and more offices further down.

    Head up the ramp. You'll hear fighting ahead, indicating the Courser's progress.

    Sneak across the bridge, disarming two Cryo Grenades. Quickly move past the bridge to avoid attacks from above.

    Proceed down the hallway. The door directly in front has a Novice lock; pick it to find goodies inside.

    Inside this room, locate and disarm an Explosives Box on the right. Loot the room, including a locked Toolbox (Novice).

    Continue down the hallway to a room with a ramp leading to the fourth floor.

    On the fourth floor, be prepared for four Gunners. Stay near the ramp and engage them.

    Head to the south-east corner above the ramp and proceed north into a hallway.

    Explore the room on the right to find a Stealth Boy, a Missile, and some Buffout.

    The next room on the right contains an Ammo Box.

    Ahead, you'll find a locked terminal (Novice) that can shut down turrets. The left path from here leads back to the ramp. Ensure you've looted this area.

    Continue past the ramp, and you'll hear more fighting ahead. Head right into a hallway.
Tips
  • When following the Courser signal, prioritize heading east even if the signal seems to pull slightly north-east.
  • In the Raider Camp, using stealth to eliminate enemies before they raise the alarm is highly beneficial.
  • The terminal in Greenetech Genetics' outdoor lobby is crucial for disabling turrets, making the subsequent fight much easier.
  • Be aware of enemies attacking from above, especially on the elevated walkways and bridges.
  • Lockpicking Novice locks can yield useful supplies like chems, ammo, and explosives.
