Explore Quincy Quarries and Wilson Atomatoys Factory in fallout 4. Defeat Raiders, Super Mutants like Big Mack, and Gunners in Quincy Ruins.
Walkthrough
- 1Approach Quincy Quarries in sneak mode as it is held by Raiders.
- 2Clear out the Raiders and their leader, Slough. You can snipe from the north, or clear out the naturally built-in rooms on the south side first.
- 3Head west from the north, follow the wall south to the southern structure, then east down the stairs to enter and clear the southern rooms.
- 4Explore the area: an [Expert] locked trailer on the east side contains a Tool Case and two Ammo Boxes.
- 5In the middle of the southern structure, under the stairs, find an [Advanced] locked Safe and two Ammo Boxes.
- 6In the built-in rooms below, find a [Novice] locked Wooden Crate. Near the water outside, find a yellow trunk and Steamer Trunk among dead settlers.
- 7Explore the wooden shack above for goodies and a cooking station.
- 8Head west and enter the trailer to find two Ammo Boxes and a [Novice] locked Toolbox.
- 9Continue southeast to a Red Rocket; loot it for mechanical junk and pre-war money from the cash register. Save your game.
- 10Head directly south to the “Wilson Atomatoys Factory”.
- 11Take out the Super Mutants inside, including the level 59 “Big Mack” who wields a Minigun and stays on the upper level. Use hit-and-run tactics or stairs to engage him.
- 12Once clear, explore for Giddy-Up Buttercup parts, useful for turret creation.
- 13In the south-west corner, find a First Aid Box.
- 14On the upper floor, the west side has a Steamer Trunk and the “Wilson Atomatoys ID Card” on a desk. Another copy may be on a Super Mutant corpse (not Big Mack's).
- 15Use the ID card to open a door on the ground floor, south-east, to find more Giddyup toy bits and a “Giddyup Buttercup Toy Parts” box (a quest item).
- 16Head to the roof and find a ramp to the “Super Mutant Light Body Armor” (for Strong).
- 17Follow a yellow ramp to a pipe south-west off the roof. Drop down a hole in the pipe to find a steamer trunk with concrete bags. You cannot go back the way you came; drop to the ground below.
- 18On the ground, check the south side of the building for a Fusion Core in the machinery.
- 19Save your game. Head north-east towards the town.
- 20As you approach, hang left to avoid Gunners past the wall and find the entrance to “Quincy Ruins”.
- 21Save your game again before entering Quincy Ruins. Destroy the entrance turret.
- 22Inside, fight numerous Gunners, including three named enemies: Baker, Tessa, and Clint.
- 23Prioritize taking out Baker, who is on top of the church with a Fat Man and will launch mini-nukes. Snipe him from the entrance if possible.
- 24If sniping isn't an option, rush the church to fight from inside, or use a Stealth Boy to sneak to the top and get the drop on Baker.
- 25After dealing with Baker, check his corpse for “Tessa’s Holotape”.
- 26Clear out Gunners around the church and immediate houses.

- Be prepared for a difficult fight against Big Mack, a level 59 Super Mutant with a Minigun.
- Baker in Quincy Ruins is a high-priority target due to his Fat Man launcher.
