There are quite a few different kinds of Korok puzzles you'll stumble upon. Keep an eye out for these:

• Pattern Matching: Sometimes you'll see a pattern of objects, and one will be out of place or missing.
• Dandelion: You'll see a dandelion, and if you strike it, a seed will float away. You need to catch it!
• Cube Puzzle: These often involve using Ultrahand to move blocks into a specific arrangement.
• Lily Pads: You might see a line of lily pads with one missing, or you need to jump across them.
• Lone Rocks: Look for single rocks that need to be moved, or groups of rocks with one missing from a pattern.
• Tree Pots: Sometimes you'll spot pots hanging around, and shooting them reveals a Korok.
• Separated Koroks: You'll find one Korok who's lost its friend and needs escorting.
• Glowing Butterflies: Follow a trail of butterflies to find a hidden Korok.
• Time Trial: Step on a stump, and a ring appears. You need to reach it before time runs out.
• Balloons: Interact with a pinwheel, and balloons appear. You'll need to shoot them.
• Ring of Flowers: Find a ring of flowers, and sometimes you need to collect them all in order.
• Complete The Shelter: This one's a bit more involved, likely requiring you to build something.

How to Catch Dandelion Seeds

You'll often find dandelions just floating around. When you strike one, the seed will fly off. The trick is to watch where it lands and then quickly get to it before it disappears. Sometimes you might need to strike it a couple of times, and then be ready to run to where it settles – it'll usually just land on your head if you're in the right spot!

Reuniting Separated Koroks

If you find a Korok who's lost its buddy, your job is to get them back together. You can usually just pick up one of them with Ultrahand and carry them over to their friend. If that's tricky, you can always try building a little vehicle or finding another way to bridge the gap between them. Once they're reunited, you'll get 2 Korok Seeds for your trouble!

Chasing Glittering Trails

Keep an eye out for a shimmering trail zipping along the ground. When you see one, you'll want to interact with it to make a Korok appear. The best strategy here is to watch its path and wait for it to loop back around so you can catch it.

Beating the Time Trial

You'll sometimes come across a tree stump with a leaf pattern on it. Step onto it, and a countdown ring will pop up. Your goal is to reach that ring before the timer hits zero. These often require using the environment – for instance, one near Lanayru Great Spring needs you to use wind drafts to glide up and reach the ring quickly.

Popping Pots

Look out for pots, especially those hanging from places like roofs. If you can hit them with an arrow from your bow, a Korok will pop out and give you a seed!

Solving Rock Puzzles

There are a few variations here. Sometimes you'll find a single rock sitting out in the open; lifting it will reveal a Korok. Other times, you'll see a pattern of rocks with one missing. Your task is to find the correct rock and place it in the empty spot to solve the puzzle.

Shooting Balloons

When you find a spinning pinwheel, interact with it. This will usually cause some balloons to appear. Sometimes there will be multiple, or they might be moving. You'll need to use your bow and arrow to shoot them all down. Pressing the button to bring out your bow is the first step!

Interacting with Leaves

You might find bundles of leaves, either tucked away in caves or just out in the open. Simply interact with these, and a Korok will appear to give you a seed.

Completing Tetris Walls

Sometimes you'll see walls with missing sections. The missing pieces will be lying around nearby on the ground. Grab them with Ultrahand and fit them back into the wall where they belong to get your Korok Seed.

Making Statue Offerings

Keep an eye out for statues that have an empty bowl. If you place an Apple into the bowl, a Korok will appear as a reward.
