The absolute easiest way most folks find it is by heading down from the Hyrule Castle Moat East Chasm. You'll find this chasm just northeast of Lookout Landing, or if you're already near Hyrule Castle, it's directly to its east.

Look for a spot on the cliff edge – there's a map marker there. This is your entry point. Jump off from here, and you'll land in a small cave that's also known as the Hyrule Castle Moat East Chasm. Once you're inside, take a moment to grab any goodies you see, like those Giant Brightbloom Seeds. Trust me, they'll come in super handy down in the Depths if you're running low on light!

After you've looted the cave, it's time to jump down into the main chasm. As you get close to the bottom, get ready to deploy your Paraglider. Now, here's a heads-up: there's a Blue-White Frox chilling at the bottom. You'll definitely want to avoid it. Keep in mind that this big guy can leap pretty high, so if you try to fly too high above it, it might just jump up and surprise you!
