Discover the Rikonasum Lightroot in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom! Follow our guide to navigate the Minshi Woods Chasm and the Depths to find this essential Lightroot.

Alright, let's find that Rikonasum Lightroot! It's in the Depths, and the easiest way to get there is by heading into the Minshi Woods Chasm on the surface. You'll want to be near the Great Hyrule Forest for this. If you've already unlocked the Ekochiu Shrine, that's super close, just to the south. Otherwise, the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower is a bit further southeast, or you can make your way from Lookout Landing to the southwest.

Once you're at the Minshi Woods Chasm, get ready to jump down. As you glide towards the bottom, aim for the northwest. If you've got a good amount of stamina, you might be able to avoid the gloom pools entirely, but if not, just be super careful as you move north. Bringing some Brightbloom Seeds will really help light your way, but you should be able to spot the Eknupup Lightroot in the distance – that's your first major landmark in the Depths.

After you've reached the Eknupup Lightroot, the Rikonasum Lightroot is just a short trip northeast. From Eknupup, look southwest. You'll see a big rock formation that kind of looks like a giant branch. Activating Eknupup should light up the area enough to see it, but don't hesitate to toss a Brightbloom Seed if you're still having trouble spotting it. There are quite a few gloom pools around here, so try your best not to fall in – it's a quick way to respawn!

Keep following that rock surface, jumping over the gloom as best you can. You'll probably touch some of it, but just keep moving. When you come across some greenish-looking rock, follow that path upwards towards the northwest, still dodging the gloom. Eventually, you'll reach the top. From there, turn southwest, and you should see a stone platform with some steps leading up to it below. The Rikonasum Lightroot is just to the right (northwest) of that platform. All that's left is to glide down to it!
