So, you want to tackle the 'Who Goes There?' side adventure in Tears of the Kingdom? It's not something you'll just stumble upon early on. First things first, you need to have completed at least one dungeon. Most players head for the Wind Temple first, so that's likely where you'll be coming from. Once that's done, make your way back to Lookout Landing.

If you've already helped out Scorpi and opened up the Emergency Shelter, you're already on the right track. If not, go chat with him and get the shelter introduced. After that, head down into the shelter itself. You're looking for Jerrin, who's usually busy sweeping.

Before you finished a dungeon, Jerrin would have been complaining about the dust. Now, she's still bothered by the dust, but she's also heard this weird, demonic voice coming from a hole she's made in the wall. This is your cue! She'll give you the 'Who Goes There?' side adventure, and your job is to investigate that noise.

Unlocking 'A Deal With a Statue'

Once you've spoken to the Horned Statue for the first time as part of 'Who Goes There?', it'll explain the respec process. It offers you one free respec, allowing you to exchange your Hearts or Stamina for free. After that, it'll let you trade your essence for 100 Rupees, and then you can buy back your chosen container (Heart or Stamina) for 120 Rupees. This means each subsequent respec will cost you 20 Rupees (120 Rupees cost - 100 Rupees reward = 20 Rupees net loss).

You can do this as many times as you like, which is super handy if you want to tweak your build for a specific boss or temple. Alternatively, you can just keep the 100 Rupees and not take your essence back, making the game a bit harder for yourself if you're looking for a challenge!
