Learn how to complete the Tabantha Sky Crystal Shrine Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Includes how to find the shrine, defeat the Flux Construct III, and deliver the crystal.
Walkthrough
- 1Launch from the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower. Aim for the small island northeast of the tower.
- 2Defeat the Constructs on the floating platforms and use their rockets to reach higher areas.
- 3Continue using rockets until you reach Starview Island.
- 4Ascend to the top of Starview Island and glide north to the next island.
- 5You will see a piston in the middle and a device dispenser. Below this island is an arena for a Flux Construct III.
- 6Head to the lower island to fight the Flux Construct III. Its weak spot is a single block that changes location.
- 7Dodge its attacks until the weak block is accessible. Use Ultrahand to grab and pull the block until it breaks free.
- 8Attack the weak block with your strongest weapon until the boss reforms. You do not need to fully defeat it, only obtain the crystal.
- 9Carry the crystal back across the bridge to the adjacent island where a premade flying device is located.
- 10Attach the crystal to the flying device, which has Fans, a Steering Stick, and Batteries. Add extra Batteries found nearby for more power.
- 11Use the flying device to transport the crystal to the island above with the Ganos Shrine. Be careful not to ascend too high or go too far off course, as the crystal may reset.
- 12Once on the island with the shrine, detach the crystal and place it in the shrine to open it.
- 13Enter the Ganos Shrine, open the chest for a Diamond, and claim the Light of Blessing from the altar.
Tips
- The sky has lower gravity, making gliding and movement easier.
- The Flux Construct III's weak spot is a single block. Focus attacks on this block when it's exposed.
- You only need the crystal, not to fully defeat the Flux Construct III, but defeating it yields valuable drops like a Core.
- Ensure the flying device has enough battery power to reach the shrine island.
- Be cautious when transporting the crystal via the flying device to avoid dropping it.
