Alright, let's get this shrine sorted! The Teniten Shrine is tucked away in Central Hyrule. You'll find it south-east of the Lookout Landing and a bit east-south-east of the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower. If you've already activated the tower, you might be able to spot it from up there. Walkthrough

When you enter the Teniten Shrine, you'll notice something cool: your gear isn't taken away! This is a nice change for a combat trial, and honestly, you probably won't need anything you've brought.

Head into the main chamber. The objective here is simple: "Steady your aim, then throw the weapon at the enemy." Your opponent is a Construct Captain, and it's got a bow. Don't worry about its attacks too much, though, because you can *only* damage it by throwing weapons.

To throw a weapon, just hold the ZR button to bring up your aiming reticle, then release ZR to throw whatever you've got equipped. You'll want to be pretty close to the Construct Captain to make sure your throw actually hits. Also, remember that throwing weapons uses them up, so it's a good idea to use something you don't mind losing.

Good news! To your right, there's a rack with five Rusty Halberds. Grab one of those.

Get within a comfortable throwing distance of the Construct Captain. Wait for it to fire its bow at you, then strafe a bit. While it's recovering or aiming, bring up your reticle with ZR and throw the Rusty Halberd at it.

If you land a hit, you'll move on to the next part of the challenge. The Construct Captain will keep moving back and forth on its platform, but it pauses briefly at each side to take a shot. Just wait for it to stop, aim, and throw another Rusty Halberd. You need to hit it twice to win.

Once the Construct Captain is defeated, a gate behind its platform will open. Head through and open the chest there to get a Zonaite Spear.

Finally, make your way to the green disc at the end of the shrine to claim your Light of Blessing.
