Once you're down there, head to the Great Waterfall Basin Site of Grace. Rest there, and then hop into the coffin located beneath the waterfall. A cutscene will play, and you'll find yourself in a new part of the city, at the top of a waterfall far to the north. From there, head south to activate the Great Waterfall Crest Site of Grace. Then, turn west and use your mount to jump onto the large branches. Follow the branch that leads north into a cave filled with ants. Make your way through this cave until you emerge on the western side. You'll find the Elden Stars Incantation resting on a tree stump.
Flame of the Fell God
This incantation is dropped by Adan, Thief of Fire. He's a boss you'll find in the Malefactor’s Evergaol, located in the southern part of Liurnia of the Lakes.
