We'll focus on the path forward, not on the nitty-gritty of every single item or build, so you can experience the game's vast world at your own pace. ## Step 1: Chapel of Anticipation First things first, pick any starting class and Keepsake you fancy. If you're curious about the stats, there's a Stats and Attributes page for that. Once you exit the chapel and head downstairs to the plaza, you'll meet the [Grafted Scion]. Don't worry if you can't beat it – honestly, you're not meant to at this point. You'll just end up falling off a cliff anyway. ## Step 2: Limgrave Welcome to the Stranded Graveyard! The game will automatically give you your Flasks of Crimson Tears (HP) and Cerulean Tears (FP). See that spirit sitting on a chair? Just in front of it, there's a cave you can drop into. This is the tutorial area. Once you're done with that, you'll return to the spirit. Now, head upstairs, take the elevator, and step outside. You'll be greeted by [White-Faced Varré]. Feel free to chat with him for some lore, or just keep moving. Make sure to activate the Site of Grace nearby. Then, carefully sneak past the [Tree Sentinel] knight up the hill towards the [Church of Elleh]. Here, you'll find the merchant [Kalé] and another grace. If you have the Runes, grab the crafting kit from Kalé – it's super useful! Next, let's head north-west through the forest. You'll reach a soldier camp. You can fight your way through or just bypass it. Look for the Limgrave Map in the middle of the road and activate the Gatefront Ruins grace. This is where [Melina] will appear. Just accept her offer; you'll need her help to progress. Melina will give you the Spectral Steed Whistle, which lets you summon [Torrent], your trusty steed. Use Torrent to ride southeast along the road. Listen closely – you'll hear someone speaking. That's [Boc], disguised as a bush! Find him (a quick roll or attack will reveal him), and he'll mention a cave near the shore southwest of where you met Kalé. We'll check that out later. For now, we're heading further east, across a bridge. Be warned, a [Night's Cavalry] often patrols this bridge. It's best to either wait for morning at a nearby grace or sneak past, as this enemy is tough early on. Follow the road south until you see some ruins on a hill to the northeast. Make your way past the giant plants and down into a cellar. Here, you'll face a [Mad Pumpkin Head] miniboss. After defeating it, activate the grace. In the room at the end of the cellar, you'll find [Sellen]. She sells sorcery [Spells], but honestly, spending your [Runes] on leveling up is usually a better bet right now. Continue down the road towards the southern edge of the lake. You'll find the Agheel Lake South Site of Grace. Nearby, in the lake itself, there's a [Teardrop Scarab] carrying the [Ash of War: Unsheathe]. Keep heading west towards the large ruins. Beneath them, you'll encounter [Bloody Finger Hunter Yura]...
