Radagon’s Scarseal

To find this talisman, first use a Stonesword Key to open the Weeping Evergaol in the western part of the Weeping Peninsula. Inside, you will face the Ancient Hero of Zamor. Defeating this boss rewards you with Radagon’s Scarseal, which boosts Vigor, Endurance, Strength, and Dexterity by +3 each, at the cost of increased damage taken. It's ideal for melee builds.

Sacrificial Twig

Locate NPC Edgar in Castle Morne. After speaking with him, he will give you the Sacrificial Twig. Edgar is found in the northeastern tower and is part of Irina’s questline. This talisman prevents you from losing runes upon death; instead, the talisman breaks. It's a useful item for challenging areas or bosses where death is likely.

Spelldrake Talisman

Venture into the Earthbore Cave in the northern Weeping Peninsula to find the Runebear boss. Upon defeating this formidable foe, you will receive the Spelldrake Talisman, which increases magic damage negation, offering protection against sorceries and incantations.

Twinblade Talisman

This talisman is located in the lower tower in the far southwest of Castle Morne. From the “Back of the Castle” Site of Grace, descend to the western edge of the castle and follow the path along the outer walls. Climb the ladder and go around the tower to find a chest containing the Twinblade Talisman. It enhances the final hit of attack chains and combos, making it suitable for fast-paced builds.

Viridian Amber Medallion

West of the Minor Erdtree lies Tombsward Cave. Navigate through poison slime and poisonous plants to reach a small boss room. Here you will encounter Miranda the Blighted Bloom, a large poisonous flower. This boss is weak to fire. Defeating it rewards you with the Viridian Amber Medallion, which raises your maximum stamina. This is beneficial for builds that consume a lot of stamina, such as those using heavy weapons.
