Unlock Elden Ring Endings: Your Guide

Hey Tarnished! So you've made it to the end of Elden Ring, huh? Awesome! Now comes the really interesting part: seeing how your journey concludes. There are actually six different ways your story can wrap up, and three of them even come with shiny Trophies or Achievements. One of the main endings, Elden Lord, has four flavors depending on some choices you make. Let's break down how to see every possible outcome!

The Standard Elden Lord Endings

These endings all revolve around you becoming the Elden Lord, but the specifics change based on whether you choose to mend the Elden Ring or use a special Mending Rune. You'll make this choice right after defeating the final boss.

Age of Fracture Ending

This is your default ending, the one you'll likely get if you just power through the main story without diving too deep into NPC quests. After you beat the final boss, just head to the throne and choose the Mend the Elden Ring option. Easy peasy!

The Age of the Duskborn Ending

To get this ending, you'll need to see Fia's questline through to the end. Completing her quest will reward you with the Mending Rune of the Death-Prince. Once you have that, defeat the final boss, and when you're on the throne, select the option to Use Mending Rune of the Death-Prince.

The Blessing of Despair Ending

This one involves the rather grim Dung Eater. You'll need to meet him and complete his questline, which involves finding Seedbed Curses for him. Once you've done that, you'll receive the Mending Rune of the Fell Curse. After defeating the final boss, use this rune when prompted on the throne to achieve this ending.

The Age of Order Ending

For this ending, you'll need to follow the questlines of both Brother Corhyn and Goldmask. Completing their intertwined quests will lead you to the Mending Rune of Perfect Order. After you've conquered the final boss, use this specific Mending Rune on the throne to usher in the Age of Order.
