How to Find Bloody Finger Hunter Yura and Complete his Quest

First Meeting - Near Seaside Ruins Site of Grace: Travel southeast of the First Step Site of Grace to the Seaside Ruins. Search under the overpass to find Yura. He will warn you about the dragon in the area (Flying Dragon Agheel), but defeating it is not necessary for his quest.

Second Meeting - Outside Murkwater Cave: Head to the ravine north of Lake Agheel, where Murkwater Cave is located. You will be invaded by Bloody Finger Nerijus. Yura will appear and assist you in this fight. Work together to defeat Nerijus, ensuring Yura survives.

Third Meeting - Ravine north of Murkwater Cave: After defeating Nerijus, proceed north in the ravine outside Murkwater Cave to find Yura. He will congratulate you and mention other Bloody Fingers.

Fourth Meeting - Main Academy Gate: Go to the Main Academy Gate Site of Grace in Raya Lucaria Academy. From the Grace, head beyond the magic seal to find a red summon sign. Activate it to help Yura fight Bloody Finger Ravenmount Assassin. After the battle, speak with Yura near the summon sign to receive a Smithing Stone [5] and exhaust his dialogue to learn about his hunt for Eleonora.

Final Meeting - Second Church of Marika: Travel northwest from the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace to reach the Second Church of Marika in Altus Plateau. You will find Yura gravely injured. Speak with him, and he will mention Eleonora before dying, dropping the Nagakiba Katana. Immediately after, Bloody Finger Eleonora will invade. Defeat her to obtain Eleonora's Poleblade.
