The Deathtouched Catacombs are located northeast of the Warmaster’s Shack in Limgrave. To reach the entrance, head north, then east towards the cliffs overlooking the catacombs.     Head downstairs to the south and turn west to find two doorways. Take the smaller, northern one to a small chamber.

    Turn south to reach a larger chamber. Defeat the Longbow-armed Skeletons and loot a corpse for the Uchigatana.

    Drop down to the west and fight your way into a room with a lever. Pull the lever.

    Return east and north to the previously sealed doors west of the Site of Grace.

    Go through these doors to confront the boss, the Black Knife Assassin. Use summons to help, as the boss is easily staggered and has limited AoE attacks. It is weak to physical damage (slash and thrust), magic, fire, and lightning.

    Upon defeating the Black Knife Assassin, you will receive the Assassin’s Crimson Dagger. Loot the chest in the chamber for Deathroot.
