Where to Find Renna and Complete her Quest

First Encounter: Church of Elleh

After you've met Melina at a Site of Grace and she's given you the Spectral Steed, Torrent, make sure to rest at a Site of Grace until it turns to night. Once it's nighttime, head back to the Church of Elleh. You should find Renna sitting on some ruins there. Just chat with her and make sure you have Torrent – she'll then give you the Spirit Calling Bell. This is super useful for summoning spirits to help you out in tough fights later on.

After this initial meeting, you won't see Renna again for quite a while. Her real questline kicks off much later.

Second Encounter: Liurnia of the Lakes

You'll eventually cross paths with Renna again after you've defeated the boss of Caria Manor. This opens up the Three Sisters area. Head west in that region to find Ranni's Rise.
