The Forest Lookout Tower is located southwest of the Bridge of Sacrifice. To reach it, follow the road south from the Bridge of Sacrifice Site of Grace, past a sacked caravan, and take the north fork at the next road split. Continue until you find the South of the Lookout Tower Site of Grace, situated on a rock past a pond. From there, head northeast up a hill and then northwest to find the tower.

Walkthrough

As you ascend the hill towards the tower, be aware of stationary Poison Flowers that release poisonous spores when enemies approach. Avoid them as they are not worth the effort to clear.

At the base of the tower, you will encounter two Zombie Dogs and an Undead Soldier. Defeat them.

Climb the wall to the northwest, past another Undead Soldier who throws Fire Pots.

Enter the tower and ascend using the ladders.

At the top, defeat the final Undead Soldier manning a ballista.

Loot the chest at the top of the tower to obtain the Hand Ballista.

Tips

Poison Flowers release spores when enemies approach and should be avoided.
The Undead Soldier at the top of the tower is manning a ballista.

A Nomadic Merchant can be found south of the Forest Lookout Tower, near the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace. Follow the road south from the Bridge of Sacrifice, and at the fork, turn south. The merchant is located east of the road near a campfire.
