All NPCs in the Academy of Raya Lucaria

Find all NPCs in elden ring's Academy of Raya Lucaria, including Sorceress Sellen, Sorcerer Thops, and Rennala for respecs.

NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) Locations:

• Sorceress Sellen: Found in the Raya Lucaria Grand Library after completing her questline.
• Sorcerer Thops: Located southeast of the academy, outside the room with the Schoolhouse Classroom Site of Grace.
• Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon: Initially a boss in the Raya Lucaria Grand Library; after defeat, she can be interacted with to respec.
• Boc the Seamster: In the Raya Lucaria Grand Library after completing his questline by giving him a Larval Tear.
• Isolated Merchant (Raya Lucaria Academy): Outside the academy, near the end of the southeast bridge from the Main Academy Gate Site of Grace.
• Bloody Finger Hunter Yura: On the bridge north of the Main Gate Site of Grace, just north of the academy.
• Diallos: Southeast of the academy, northwest of the Academy Gate Town Site of Grace.
• Finger Reader: At the beginning of the unbroken section of the southeast bridge leading from the Main Academy Gate Site of Grace.

Where is Sorceress Sellen

You can find Sorceress Sellen in the Raya Lucaria Grand Library after defeating Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon. This meeting is the last in her questline. If you choose to aid her, she will replace Rennala in the library. You have the option to invade Sellen instead of Jerren, but this is not recommended as it ends Jerren's questline and prevents his rewards.

After clearing Raya Lucaria Academy, return to the Raya Lucaria Grand Library Site of Grace. Outside, you'll find two summon signs. A gold sign summons you to aid Sellen against Witch-Hunter Jerren, resulting in Jerren's death and ending his questline. A red sign allows you to invade Sellen and assist Jerren, ending Sellen's questline. You must make a choice as both cannot be completed in a single playthrough. Sellen’s conclusion offers greater rewards.

Jerren should be manageable with Sellen using her sorcery from range. Upon defeating Jerren, you will obtain the Eccentric's Armor set. Return to the Grand Library, where Sellen will replace Rennala. Speak with her to exhaust her dialogue; she will give you the Glintstone Kris and offer the Shard Spiral sorcery in her shop. If you have already obtained Lusat's Sorcery, refresh the area and speak with Sellen again, then repeat this process.

Rennala will then return, and Sellen's appearance will change drastically. Speak with her to obtain the Witch’s Glintstone Crown. This concludes Sellen’s questline, but you can still purchase sorceries from her. As a bonus, you can return to where Azur and Lusat were found to obtain their Armor sets.

Where is Sorcerer Thops

Sorcerer Thops is in the southeast of the academy, outside the room with the Schoolhouse Classroom Site of Grace. To find him, you must have progressed his questline by giving him an Academy Glintstone Key, found within the academy after you've used one yourself. Travel to the Schoolhouse Classroom Site of Grace, leave the building, and look to the side to find Thops's body. You can loot him for Thops’s Bell Bearing, an Academy Glintstone Staff, and the Thops’s Barrier Sorcery. Thops's death cannot be prevented, but you will receive useful sorcery-related loot.

If you were unable to purchase spells from Thops before his death, you can do so after giving Thops’s Bell Bearing to the Twin Husks at the Roundtable Hold. They will sell the sorceries at the following prices:

• Glintstone Pebble: 1000 Runes
• Glintstone Arc: 1500 Runes
• Starlight: 2500 Runes

Where is Boc the Seamster

Boc the Seamster can be found in the Raya Lucaria Grand Library after completing his questline. This is one of three optional endings to his questline, achieved by gifting him a Larval Tear so he can be reborn. In the library, Boc is behind Rennala (or Sorceress Sellen if her quest is complete), recognizable only by his hat. He is in human form but cannot speak. Resting at the nearby gravesite results in his death, the bad ending. The good ending involves obtaining the Prattling Pate ‘You’re Beautiful’ from Hermit Village, using it next to him, and speaking with him. Alternatively, if you do neither, Boc will eventually be found outside the Raya Lucaria Grand Library, automatically ending the questline.

Where is Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon

Rennala is initially encountered as a boss in the Raya Lucaria Grand Library. After defeating her, you can find and speak with her in the center of the library. Here, you have the option of Rebirth, which allows you to respec your character's name, appearance, and basic stats.
