Walkthrough
- 1First Meeting - Volcano Manor: Travel to Volcano Manor in Mt. Gelmir (Altus Plateau). The easiest way is via Rya's transport from the Grand Lift of Dectus. Speak with Tanith near the Volcano Manor Site of Grace, agree to join, and receive the Drawing-Room Key. Inside the drawing-room, you'll find the Recusant Finger and the Letter from Volcano Manor.
- 2First Contract: The letter directs you to Limgrave to defeat Old Knight Istvan. His invasion sign is north of the Warmaster's Shack, under a bridge in Stormhill. Defeating him rewards the Scaled Set.
- 3Second Meeting - Volcano Manor: Return to Tanith to report your success and receive the Magma Shot Sorcery. Find the next Letter from Volcano Manor on the drawing-room table.
- 4Second Contract: This contract requires you to invade Rileigh the Idle, located south of the Shaded Castle in the north of Volcano Manor. Rileigh drops the Crepus’s Vial Talisman.
- 5Third Meeting - Volcano Manor: Return to Tanith again to report and receive the Serpentbone Blade. Find the final Red Letter on the drawing-room table.
- 6Third Contract: Your final target is Juno Hoslow, Knight of Blood, in the Mountaintops of the Giants. You'll need to have progressed through Leyndell, Royal Capital to access this area. Reach the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins Site of Grace, head northeast to the frozen stream, then west to Shack of the Lofty to find the invasion sign. You will obtain the Hoslow’s Oath gesture at the start of the fight and the Hoslow’s Set and Hoslow’s Petal Whip upon his defeat.
- 7Fourth Meeting - Volcano Manor: Ensure all other business within Volcano Manor is concluded. Return to Tanith to report your success and receive the Taker’s Cameo Talisman. Accept her offer to meet her Lord, which transports you to Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy's arena.
- 8After Rykard: After defeating Rykard, return to Tanith. She will then be found feasting on Rykard's remains near the Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy Site of Grace.
- 9Optional: You can choose to kill Tanith to obtain the Consort’s Set. Be aware that her Crucible Knight will appear and attack; defeating the knight yields the Aspect of the Crucible: Breath Incantation.
Tips
- It is highly recommended to complete all other quests and business within Volcano Manor before completing the final assassination contract, as it triggers the boss fight for the legacy dungeon and changes the state of the manor.
- Ensure you have progressed through Leyndell, Royal Capital before attempting the third contract, as it is located in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
