Irina can be found sitting on a rock to the left of the path, south of the Bridge of Sacrifice site of grace. She will ask you to deliver a letter to her father, Edgar, at Castle Morne.
Edgar
Edgar is located at Castle Morne, in the southeastern part of the Weeping Peninsula. He is Irina's father and the Commander of Castle Morne. He will not leave until the threat within the castle is dealt with. To find him, head northeast from the courtyard bridge, descend a hidden ladder near barrels and crates, and follow the path up the tower where he sits on a bench.
Sorceress Sellen
Sorceress Sellen is encountered at the Witchbane Ruins on the western side of the Weeping Peninsula. She is being held captive and is part of her own questline.
Nomadic Merchant (Castle Morne Rampart)
