Find All Elden Ring Talismans in Miquella's Haligtree

There are a total of four Talismans to be found in Miquella’s Haligtree. Note that two of these are mutually exclusive and depend on the outcome of Millicent’s Quest.

Here are all the Talisman locations in Miquella’s Haligtree:

Pearldrake Talisman +2 — Climb the ladder near the Haligtree Town Site of Grace and leap to the opposite side.
Viridian Amber Medallion +2 — From the Haligtree Town Plaza Site of Grace, head along the roof and jump across the gap before turning around and jumping into the building below.
Marika’s Soreseal — From the Prayer Room Site of Grace, head along the path and use the arch to access the path with the Erdtree Avatar. Run down to the south end and drop to the roof of the building on your right, then again to the door (requires a Stonesword Key).
Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman — Follow the roots down from the Drainage Channel Site of Grace to a building. You’ll find two holes, look down carefully and drop to the Talisman.
Millicent’s Prosthesis — During Millicent’s final Quest encounter, choose to challenge her (red summon sign).
Rotten Winged Sword Insignia — During Millicent’s final Quest encounter, choose to aid her (white summon sign).

Pearldrake Talisman +2

This Talisman reduces damage taken from non-physical sources by 9%.

Find this Talisman by reaching the Haligtree Town Site of Grace. Head through the northwest door and down the stairs to a ladder. Climb it, deal with the enemies, and then leap southeast to a corpse holding the Pearldrake Talisman +2. Be prepared to fight a Misbegotten.

Viridian Amber Medallion +2

This Talisman will boost your maximum Stamina by 15%.

From the Haligtree Town Plaza Site of Grace, walk onto the south roof and leap to the next building, defeating the Spirit-Caller Snails. Jump to the rooftop on your right, then turn northwest and leap to the building below. Defeat the enemies inside and open the chest for the Viridian Amber Medallion +2.

Marika’s Soreseal

This Talisman increases Mind, Faith, Intelligence, and Arcane by 5 while increasing the damage you take by 15%.

From the Prayer Room Site of Grace, exit via the northeast door and drop to the roof. Continue northeast, jumping to a pillar, then to a path patrolled by an Erdtree Avatar. Run to the southern end, leap to the roof on your right, drop down, and use a Stonesword Key to access the area containing Marika’s Soreseal.

Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman

This Talisman reduces all physical damage taken by 20%.

From the Drainage Channel Site of Grace, exit east and use the roots to reach an archway. Head southwest up more roots to a building's roof. Drop down a hole (avoiding the second, fatal one) and leap to a raised area southwest. Defeat the Pests and open the chest for the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman.

Millicent’s Prosthesis and Rotten Winged Sword Insignia

The Millicent’s Prosthesis Talisman boosts Dexterity by 5 and increases the damage of successive attacks. The Rotten Winged Sword Insignia greatly increases the damage of successive attacks.

These two Talismans are mutually exclusive and depend on your choice during Millicent’s final quest encounter. Progress Millicent’s Quest to the Drainage Channel Site of Grace, take the west door, and climb the ladder. Head right, then left to find a root leading to a Scarlet Rot pool. Defeat the Tree Spirit if present. On the southwest edge of the area, you will find two summon signs:

Aid Millicent (white sign): Defeat her sisters to obtain the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia.
Challenge Millicent (red sign): Defeat Millicent to obtain Millicent’s Prosthesis.

Note: Millicent’s Prosthesis could have been obtained earlier by killing her at Dominula, Windmill Village. To obtain both in one playthrough, aid her here, then kill her in the Altus Plateau on a New Game+.
