Now, this area can be a bit tricky to get to because it's technically part of Nokron, not the Siofra River region you might be used to.

Your starting point is the Aqueduct-facing Cliffs site of grace. From there, you'll need to make a bit of a leap down into some ruins. Follow the path through what looks like a ruined hall, and you'll eventually hit a fog gate. Step through that, and you'll be in the boss arena where you'll face both the Valiant Gargoyle and the Valiant Gargoyle (Twinblade) simultaneously. Defeat them, and you'll get both weapons!

Dragon Halberd

For the Dragon Halberd, you'll need to venture into a secret part of Nokron. The key here is a teleport waygate located on the eastern side of the Siofra River region. To get to the teleporter, look for a massive fallen stone column – you'll need to climb up it. Be careful, though, as there are archers waiting to pick you off as you ascend. Once you reach the top of the ruins, you'll find the waygate. Step into it, and it'll whisk you away to where the Dragonkin Soldier awaits. Take it down, and the Dragon Halberd is yours.

Winged Greathorn

The Winged Greathorn isn't a direct drop, but rather something you'll get by trading a special item. First, you need to defeat the Regal Ancestor Spirit in the Hallowhorn Grounds. This is no easy feat, and you'll need to light all six obelisk altars in the area before you can even challenge it. Once you've bested the Regal Ancestor Spirit, you'll receive the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor. Take this Remembrance to one of the Finger Readers, and you can exchange it for either the Winged Greathorn or the Ancestral Spirit’s Horn. Your choice!
