    First Meeting - Church of Plague: Progress Gowry’s Quest until you obtain the Unalloyed Gold Needle. Travel to the Church of Plague (northeast of Sellia, accessible via Sellia Backstreets Site of Grace). Give Millicent the needle, rest at the Site of Grace, speak with her again, and exhaust her dialogue to receive the Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom.

    Second Meeting - Gowry’s Shack: Return to Gowry’s Shack. Millicent will be there to say farewell.

    Third Meeting - Erdtree-Gazing Hill: Find Millicent northeast of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace in the Altus Plateau. To progress, obtain the Valkyrie’s Prosthesis from The Shaded Castle. Enter The Shaded Castle from the northwest corner, navigate to the western tower, defeat the Cleanrot Knight, and loot the chest. Return to Millicent and give her the prosthesis.

    Fourth Meeting - Dominula, Windmill Village: Travel northeast to Dominula, Windmill Village. Defeat the Godskin Apostle at the end of the village. Use the Windmill Heights Site of Grace; Millicent will be nearby.

    Fifth Meeting - Ancient Snow Valley Ruins: After events in Leyndell, Royal Capital, reach the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins Site of Grace in the Mountaintop of the Giants. Millicent will be standing nearby and will hint at the location of the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Left).

    Sixth Meeting - Prayer Room: Access Miquella’s Haligtree using the Haligtree Secret Medallion. Proceed through the Haligtree until you reach the Prayer Room Site of Grace. Millicent will be found here and will mention needing to return something to Malenia.
