Erdtree’s Favor +2: This talisman increases your maximum HP, Stamina, and equip load. Find it on a branch in a large courtyard northeast of the Queen’s Bedchamber. From the Forbidden Lands site of grace, take the elevator up to the city. Exit west, go down the stairs, and take another elevator down. The talisman is on a branch in the courtyard below.

Crimson Amber Medallion +2: This talisman raises your maximum health. It is accessible only after the Capital turns to ash. From the Leyndell, Capital of Ash site of grace, head southwest to find a large, uncovered sewer tunnel. Jump down and land on the wooden planks halfway down. Then, jump to the platform below, avoid the small hole, and line yourself up to fall onto a wooden beam. The corpse with the talisman is on this beam. This sewer hole also leads to the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds.

Crucible Scale Talisman: This talisman reduces damage taken from critical hits. Find it on a corpse within the Leyndell Catacombs. From the Leyndell Catacomb site of grace, proceed to a room with a fire-breathing stone imp pillar. Hitting the pillar raises or lowers it; ride it up to another room where the corpse with the talisman is located. Be aware of the nearby enemy. The Leyndell Catacombs are not affected by Leyndell becoming the Capital of Ash.

Lord of Blood’s Exultation: This talisman raises attack power when near blood loss. It is dropped by Esgar, Lord of Blood, found in the Leyndell Catacombs. The Leyndell Catacombs are not affected by Leyndell becoming the Capital of Ash.
