Walkthrough
- 1First Meeting - Seluvis Rise: Defeat Royal Knight Loretta in Caria Manor. Head north to Three Sisters and initiate Ranni's Quest in Ranni's Rise. Seluvis will be introduced. Speak to him a second time, and he'll ask you to visit his tower to help Ranni.
- 2Seluvis's Potion Decision: At Seluvis's tower (southwest of Ranni's Rise), he'll ask you to give a potion to Nepheli Loux (found at Roundtable Hold after Raya Lucaria Academy).
- Option 1 (End Nepheli's Quest): Give the potion to Nepheli. You'll receive a unique Spirit Ash from Seluvis.
- 3Option 2 (End Dung Eater's Quest): Wait until you're past Altus Plateau and have the Dung Eater at Roundtable Hold. Give him the potion. You'll receive another unique Spirit Ash.
- 4Option 3 (Continue All Quests): Mention the potion to Gideon Ofnir at Roundtable Hold. Give it to him to dispose of. You won't get the unique Spirit Ashes, but all three questlines (Seluvis, Nepheli, Dung Eater) can continue.
- 5Seluvis's Sorceries: Seluvis sells the following Sorceries:
- Carian Phalanx (1, 12000 Runes)

- 9Seluvis's Puppets: To find his hidden laboratory, head northeast from Ranni's Rise to some ruins. Defeat the lone Sorcerer there, then strike the ground to reveal hidden stairs. Inside, you'll find puppets and a message: "Seluvis’s Puppet." Strike the wall to the left to find another puppet. Return to Seluvis and press him about the puppets. He will offer to sell them for Starlight Shards.

Purchase all available Sorceries and Puppets from Seluvis before plundering Nokron and giving the Fingerslayer Blade to Ranni, or Seluvis will be found dead.
- 14The Potion for Ranni: After buying everything, Seluvis will ask for your help creating a potion to turn Ranni into a puppet. He needs an Amber Starlight from the Altus Plateau. Find it east of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace, then north into a valley. Return to Seluvis and give him the Amber Starlight.
- 15Final Choice: Seluvis will give you the Magic Scorpion Charm Talisman and the Amber Draught to give to Ranni.
- Handing the draught to Ranni: She will kill you, then Seluvis, and you will fail her quest, missing out on a secret ending. This is the recommended choice as Seluvis's death is inevitable.
- 16Seluvis after death: Seluvis is destined to die regardless of your choices.
