Discover all three Elden Ring Multiplayer Colosseum locations in Limgrave, Caelid, and Leyndell. Learn how to reach each and understand the game modes like United Combat, Combat Ordeal, and Duel.

There are three Multiplayer Colosseums in Elden Ring, located in Limgrave, Caelid (Dragonbarrow), and Leyndell, Royal Capital. You must discover each one by traveling to it and opening the doors to access them. Afterward, you can use the effigy of Marika statue at the Roundtable Hold to begin matchmaking. While the venues look different, they function similarly. Initially, Spirit Ashes can only be summoned in the Caelid Colosseum. However, accessing any Colosseum from Roundtable Hold allows you to choose whether Spirit Ashes are allowed or prohibited.

Limgrave Colosseum: This is the easiest to find, located north of the Warmaster’s Shack and east of Stormveil Castle. Travel to the Warmaster’s Shack and follow the path north. Be cautious of wolves along the way.

Caelid, Dragonbarrow Colosseum: Reaching this Colosseum is more challenging, especially at lower levels. While you can access southern Caelid early, its enemies are tougher. Dragonbarrow, in northern Caelid, is even more dangerous. You can reach Dragonbarrow early via the Bestial Sanctum using a teleporter near the Third Church of Marika in Limgrave. To reach the Colosseum itself, use the Deep Siofra Well Site of Grace, found by descending the Siofra River Well in southeastern Limgrave. From the Deep Siofra River Well Site of Grace in Caelid, follow the path northwest to the Colosseum. You will encounter two Golem Archers that you can either defeat or run past.

Leyndell, Royal Capital Colosseum: This Colosseum is in the Altus Plateau region and is likely encountered during the main story. The easiest approach is following the winding path up from the East Capital Rampart. It is accessible even if the Royal Capital has become the Ashen Capital.

Elden Ring Colosseum Multiplayer Game Modes

The Colosseums offer three main game modes with limited customization:

  • United Combat: Play with allies in matches of 4 or 6 total combatants, divided into two teams. The team with the most kills within 300 seconds wins. Flasks are permitted but limited. Spirit Ashes are prohibited unless enabled by the host.
  • Combat Ordeal: A free-for-all mode for 4 or 6 players where everyone is hostile. Players compete for the highest number of kills within 300 seconds. Temporary alliances can be formed. Flasks are permitted but limited. Spirit Ashes are prohibited unless enabled by the host.
  • Duel: A 1 vs 1 match with a 180-second time limit and no respawns.
