To unlock the Regal Ancestor Spirit boss, you must light all six obelisk altars scattered throughout Nokron, Eternal City. Lighting each altar causes a nearby sconce at Hallowhorn Grounds to light up. Once all six are lit, you can access the boss arena.

Walkthrough

    Altar #1: Located to the left as you descend the steps from Hallowhorn Grounds, near a ledge beneath a large bridge. No enemies are present.

    Altar #2: Directly south of the first altar, across the road from Hallowhorn Grounds. Ancestral Followers patrol this area; you can wait for them to pass or cross quickly.

    Altar #3: Situated on a small ledge overlooking the path, visible from the second altar. It is guarded by three enemies: two patrolling below and one singing next to the altar. Defeat the two on the path first, then climb up to deal with the singing enemy before lighting the altar.

    Altar #4: This altar is off the main path, behind a large boulder jutting out of the ground. Head uphill to the left after the third altar. Minor wolf enemies and a mini-boss version of the Red Wolf of Radagon may be present. You can fight the Red Wolf on horseback. Approach slowly to avoid a fight and light the altar.

    Altar #5: Found at the end of the path. It is guarded by approximately four Ancestral Followers, including one singing near the altar. It is best to defeat them individually. Aim to take out the one to the left first, then the one near the steps, followed by the remaining two.

    Altar #6: Located at the top of a hill on a cliff, northwest of the fifth altar. Two singing Ancestral Followers and several rats guard this area. The rats are quick and can be difficult to hit.

Once all altars are lit, return to Hallowhorn Grounds and interact with the large deer carcass in the center to open the fog gate to the boss arena.

  • When approaching Altar #2, observe the road from a distance to avoid Ancestral Followers.
  • For Altar #4, the Red Wolf of Radagon is easier to fight on horseback due to its agility.
