1. Oridys’s Rise Memory Stone: Head to Oridys’s Rise in the southern Weeping Peninsula. The tower entrance is sealed, but a note at the bottom of the steps tells you to kill three 'wise beasts.' Look to your right as you head down the steps from the tower to find the first phantom turtle. The second is on the road just north of the steps. The third is invisible in the pool of water southwest of the tower – you'll see a ripple. Strike the center of the ripple to reveal and defeat it. Once all three are dead, the tower opens, and you can grab the Memory Stone from a chest at the top.

Liurnia of the Lakes Memory Stone Locations

1. Three Sisters - Seluvis’s Rise Memory Stone: First, you need to defeat Royal Knight Loretta at Caria Manor in northwestern Liurnia. After the fight, go behind the manor to find Seluvis’s Rise. It'll be locked initially, so head to Ranni’s Rise and speak with Ranni the Witch to unlock it. The Memory Stone is in a chest at the very top of Seluvis’s Rise.
2. Raya Lucaria - Red Wolf of Radagon Memory Stone: You'll find this one after defeating the Great Enemy, the Red Wolf of Radagon, inside the Raya Lucaria Academy. This is a mandatory boss fight, so you can't miss it if you're progressing through the main story.
3. Testu’s Rise Memory Stone: This tower in northern Liurnia is locked like Oridys’s Rise. You'll need to kill three phantom turtles again, but this time, phantom skeletons will also appear.
