Dragonlord Placidusax

To reach Dragonlord Placidusax, start at the Beside the Great Bridge site of grace. Go back down the elevator into the church, pass the Azula Beastmen, turn right, then left, and exit the church. Head straight towards the trees and look over the cliff for a platform to drop down to. Follow the path to the end and find a hole in the stone floor without bones. You will get a prompt to ‘Lay down’, which teleports you to the boss arena.

Dragonlord Placidusax is a challenging boss. His weak spot is his head, but hitting it is difficult due to his colossal size and aggressive attacks. He uses powerful bites, tail swipes, summons lightning bolts from the sky, and breathes green fire.

Upon defeating him, you will receive the Remembrance of the Dragonlord.

Godskin Duo

The Godskin Duo can be found upstairs from the Dragon Temple Transept site of grace in Crumbling Farum Azula.

This fight is unique as the enemies respawn one at a time until their combined health bar is depleted. The Godskin Noble is generally considered the tougher of the two due to its rolling attacks, while the Godskin Apostle has more range with its Black Flame attacks. Upon defeating them, you will receive the Ash of War: Black Flame Tornado, Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing [4], and 170,000 Runes.

Beast Clergyman / Maliketh, the Black Blade

This is a mandatory boss fight for progressing the main story. It takes place in a large arena southeast of the Beside the Great Bridge site of grace.

Initially, you will fight the Beast Clergyman. When its health reaches 50%, it transforms into Maliketh, the Black Blade. During the Maliketh phase, you must be agile to dodge his jumping attacks and his large sword.

Defeating him rewards you with the Remembrance of the Black Blade and 220,000 Runes.

Lesser Draconic Tree Sentinel

The Lesser Draconic Tree Sentinel is located outside the arena where you fight Maliketh, southeast of the Beside the Great Bridge site of grace.

This enemy is similar to the Draconic Tree Sentinel found at Capital Outskirts and the Tree Sentinel in Limgrave. Defeating this sentinel will grant you the Malformed Dragon Set, which includes the Malformed Dragon Helm, Armor, Gauntlets, and Greaves.
