How to Find Latenna and Complete Her Quest

Learn how to find the elusive Latenna in Elden Ring, from her first meeting at the Slumbering Wolf's Shack to her final appearance at Apostate Derelict and the rewards you'll receive.

Alright, Tarnished! So you're looking to track down Latenna and get her sorted? It's a bit of a journey, but totally worth it. First things first, you'll need to have made some progress in the Village of the Albinaurics. Remember Albus and that little quest he gave you? Once he hands over the Medallion piece, he'll point you towards Latenna, telling you she knows where the other half is. Your next step is to head southwest in Liurnia of the Lakes to find the Lakeside Crystal Cave. Get down to the bottom of this cave – it's a bit of a trek – and be ready to fight the Bloodhound Knight waiting there. Once he's down, you can exit out the back, which will lead you to the Slumbering Wolf's Shack. Make sure to activate that Site of Grace when you find it!

You'll find Latenna here, looking a bit somber next to her fallen companion. She might seem a little standoffish at first, but mention Albus and the medallion you got from him. That'll change her tune! She'll ask for your help to get her to the Haligtree, promising a clue to the other medallion half in return. Agree to help her out, and she'll join you as a Spirit Ash – Latenna the Albinauric. She's a pretty solid summon, so keep her in mind for later.

But wait, there's more! This isn't quite the end of her questline. Once you've got both halves of the Haligtree Secret Medallion – you get one from Fort Haight and the other from Castle Sol – you can use them at the Grand Lift of Rold to access the Consecrated Snowfield. Head to the far northwest corner of this snowy area, and you'll find the ruins of a church called Apostate Derelict. You can't miss the giant Albinauric sitting against the wall. Approach her, and you'll get the option to summon Latenna. She'll be really grateful that you kept your promise and will hand over a Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone. After that, she'll rejoin you as a Spirit Ash. Pretty neat reward for your trouble, right?
