Key Items

• The Speedboat Key: Found on the ground near the Poster Station in Harbor Square. Used for the Speedboat at the main Pier.
• The Car Key: Carried by the Kitchen Assistant at the South Food Vendor. Used for the Pink Car parked outside the Town Entrance.

Pipes for Traversal

Four useful Pipes allow movement between floors and safe building entry:

• The Church Pipe: Located at the north end of the Church, connecting ground level to the top of the Bell Tower.
• The Patio Pipe: Connects the Patio outside the ICA Safe House to the halfway point of the Terrace Shops stairs (Main Stage to Upper Stage).
• The Back Door Pipe: Situated by the basement door on the east side of the Town Hall, connecting ground level to the Back Office Restroom.
• The Office Pipe: On the front side of the Town Hall, connecting the Back Office to the Secondary Office above.

Ghost NPCs

Similar to Paris and Marrakesh, Ghost NPCs are present. They do not appear on the Mini-Map and do not react to player actions unless attacked. This allows players to perform actions like picking locks in their presence without detection.

Assassination Strategies

Silent Assassin, Suit Only [4,000 XP]

This strategy requires the Lockpick and Coins. Start by heading to the basement door of the Town Hall and the Back Door Pipe. Use the red van near a Guard as cover to reach the Pipe undetected. Climb to the Back Office Restroom.

In the Back Office, lure a Bodyguard with a Coin into the room and subdue them, hiding them in a Container. Use the door as cover to shoot the security Camera. Descend the stairs, lure the Guard at the bottom to the Basement door with a Coin, and subdue them. Take their Pistol and hide them in the Back Office.

Proceed to the Secondary Office, subdue the Bodyguard, and hide them in a Container. Destroy the Recorder. Go to Salvatore's Office and interact with the Winch for the Chandelier. Wait for Salvatore and Marco to enter the office. When Marco sits on the table and Salvatore goes behind his desk, release the Winch to drop the Chandelier.
