This section details two key disguises in Hitman World of Assassination: the Doctor and the Morgue Doctor. It outlines their access levels, how to acquire them, and the locations of enforcers on different difficulty levels.

Doctor Disguise

Doctors wear white doctor robes and have access to most of the Hospital, excluding the Operating Theater, Surgery Life Support, Defibrillator Power, Stem Cell Supply, KAI Mainframe, and the Director's Office. Outside the Hospital, they are restricted from the Kitchen, behind the Sushi Bar, the Security Room, and Patient Rooms.

Acquisition: Go into Intensive Care, turn on the Sink in the corner, and then walk into Intensive Care Supervision. The noise will lure a Doctor. Subdue them when they investigate and take their disguise. Be mindful of patrolling Guards.

Note: Even with the Doctor disguise, you will be frisked at guarded entrances.

Enforcers (Casual Difficulty):

• One in the Loading Bay.
• One in the Garage.
• The Hospital Director.
• One in Intensive Care Supervision at the Hospital.
• One in the hallway by the Helipad.
• Two in the Rehabilitation Supervisor office on the Top Floor.
• One inside the Research Department.
• One in the hallway.
• One in one of the Observation Rooms.

Enforcers (Professional Difficulty): Two additional enforcers: both Morgue Doctors in the Morgue.

Enforcers (Master Difficulty): One additional enforcer by the Cable Car.

Morgue Doctor Disguise

Morgue Doctors wear aprons, a white cap, and mask. They are found only in the Morgue and handle dead bodies and organs. They have the same access and restrictions as the regular Doctor disguise.

Acquisition: Shut off the Fusebox near the stairs leading up to Stem Cell Supply (next to the Morgue). This will lure a Morgue Doctor. Hide on a nearby gurney or stand by the stairs (depending on your current disguise) and subdue them when they investigate. Take their clothes.

Enforcers (Casual Difficulty):

• One in the Loading Bay.
• The Hospital Director.
• Two of the remaining three Morgue Doctors at the Morgue.
• One at the Helipad at the Hospital.
• One in the hallway.
• One in the Operating Theater.
• Two in the Rehabilitation Supervisor office on the Top Floor.
• One inside the Research Department.
• .

Enforcers (Professional Difficulty): Five additional enforcers:

• One in the Garage.
• One in Intensive Care Supervision at the Hospital.
• One in the Physical Research Center on the Top Floor.
• One in the hallway.
• .

Enforcers (Master Difficulty): No new enforcers for this disguise. Destroy the Recorder to take down the extra Camera in the stairwell before luring the Morgue Doctor.
