Preparation: Bring the Silverballer, Disposable Scrambler, Fiber Wire, and place the Modern Emetic Syringe in Agency Pickup.

Initial Infiltration: Start by entering the Helipad Guard Room for a Coin, then get the Claw Hammer from the Helipad.

Morgue Strategy: Lure the Morgue Doctor with the Hammer to a dropped Pistol. Subdue the Bodyguard who retrieves it, take his Disguise (Staff Floor), and dump him in a closet.

Morgue Doctor Takedown: Retrieve the Hammer and Cleaver from the Morgue. Lure the Morgue Doctor with the Cleaver to a placed Coin, then knock him out with the Hammer. Do not disguise yet.

Security Access: Shoot the Recorder in the Morgue Security Room. Lure a patrolling Guard outside the Walkway door with the Hammer, subdue him, and switch into/out of the Resort Security Disguise, dumping him in a closet.

Infection Phase: Go to the Helipad and then the Clearing. Get infected by patrolling guards. You have ~4 minutes to infect as many people as possible before using the Vaccine in the Stem Cell Supply room.

Mass Infection: Infect everyone on the Hospital Top Floor, then outside at the Springs (including the Yoga Instructor). Proceed to the Foyer, the Restaurant/Walkway behind the Sushi Bar, and the Staff Floor (Canteen and Staff Quarters).

Morgue Doctor Disguise: Go to the unconscious Morgue Doctor, disguise yourself (infecting him), then infect the Bodyguard in Stem Cell Supply. Use the Vaccine at 0:12.

[Straight Shot] Challenge: Go to the Incinerator room. Lure the Bodyguard away with a Coin, knock him out with the Hammer, shoot him in the head, and dispose of him in the Incinerator. Switch into/out of the Motorcyclist Disguise. Kill the Morgue Doctor.

[Piano Man] Challenge: Get the Modern Emetic Syringe and Wrench from the Garage. Disguise as a Bio Suit on the Ground Floor. Lure Owen in Robot Controls with the Hammer, garrote him with Fiber Wire, dump him in a closet, and take his Disguise. Get the Safe Key and Modern Lethal Syringe from Stem Cell Controls.

[Tasteless, Traceless] Challenge: Use a Scrambler to enter the Hospital Director's Office. Go to the Top Floor Secondary Control Room. Use a Scrambler on the KAI Mainframe. Stab the patrolling female Doctor with the Lethal Syringe when she passes through, drag her to the Mainframe.

Further Takedowns: Lure the standing Bodyguard near the Mainframe door with the Hammer, garrote him, dump him in the Mainframe. Lure the standing female Doctor with the Hammer behind seating in the Observation Room, garrote her, and drag her to the Mainframe.
