- 2To acquire this disguise, first deal with the patrolling Soldier on Carpet Shops Street.
- 3Stand in the Courtyard Storeroom and wait for the Soldier to pass.
- 4Open the door and throw an object at the north wall to lure him into the Storeroom.
- 5When he enters, subdue him and dump his body in the Container.
- 6Go to the Printing Crew members located in the Courtyard.

- 3He will report to Claus, go downstairs, and stay near the Restrooms, where he will wander, drink water, and make occasional trips to the Restroom.
- 4This disguise grants almost unlimited access to both floors of the Consulate (but not the Garage). The only restricted room is the Security Room.
- 5The best way to acquire this disguise is to ambush him in the Restroom.
- 6Alternatively, there is a Guard who also enters the Restroom; ambush him first and leave his body in the south stall.
