    Start at the Barge with Krugermeier, Coins, and Fiber Wire. Run to the Chawls, then up to the Sniper Spot to find The Kashmirian. Adjust his scope, then return to the Tower.

    Go to the 1st Floor Storage Room for the Luxury Apartment Keycard. Proceed to the south door of the 2nd Floor Studio. Grab the Hammer by the Elevator Shaft before entering.

    After the Painter and Bodyguard conversation, knock out the Painter and stun the Bodyguard. Hide both bodies and take the Painter Disguise.

    Go to the 3rd Floor Office and wait for Dawood. Follow him to the Studio and begin the painting. The Kashmirian will kill Dawood.

    Return to The Kashmirian's Apartment and investigate the Sniper Rifle.

    Go to the Foreman's Office, turn on the Radio to lure a Worker. Hide and knock out the Worker when he turns off the radio. Dump the body.

    Turn the radio on again to lure the Foreman. Ambush him, dump his body, and take his Disguise.

    Talk to the Guard on the east side of the Laundry and follow him to the Yellow Skywalk. Talk to Vanya when she arrives.

    When Vanya taunts the Workers, return to the Office and acquire the Food Vendor Disguise. The Kashmirian will kill Vanya and go to the Payphone.

    Wait by the Payphone for The Kashmirian to call Wazir. Go to the Crows' Back Alley area and find the Fusebox.

    Turn off the Fusebox to lure The Kashmirian to the Alley. Go into the small alley to Slum Square and wait for him to turn the Fusebox back on before subduing him (avoid knocking him out where he might be seen).

    Dump The Kashmirian in the Container behind you and take his Disguise. Drop all weapons.

    Go to the Back Alley, get frisked to enter, and be taken to the Hideout. Get frisked again before talking to Wazir.

    While talking to Wazir, he will approach the broken TV. Garrote him and dump him in the Container.

    Exit the Hideout, go to the Armory to pick up the Hideout Key, and use the Hideout exit point to leave the mission.

Mumbai Blackout Challenge [4,000 XP]:

This challenge requires killing all three Targets via electrocution in a single run-through. It also involves using game saves for additional Target kill Challenges involving Vanya.

  1. Start at the Metal Forge with Krugermeier, Coins, and Lockpick.
  2. Run to the Food District, find the Civilian with Wazir's Picture. Lure him into the apartment behind him, ambush him, and take the picture.
  3. Go to the Tea Shops area to acquire the Car Battery.
  4. Go to the Large Nook to acquire the Queen's Guard Disguise.
  5. Run to the southwest side of the Train Yard building (grab a Crowbar from the Fruit King crate). Go through the window by the Security Room.
  6. Drop the Car Battery inside. Sneak into the Security Room, ambush the Guard, and take his Disguise. Make a game save here.
  7. Hold My Hair Challenge: Exit the door by the Bathing Pool, hide in the foliage. When Vanya arrives, drown her. Reload the save after notifications appear.
  8. To electrocute Vanya, you need to get her at the Steam Pool. Go to the Catwalk above Vanya's area and reach the junction near Vanya's Carriage.
  9. Knock out the patrolling Guard who stops at the junction, then quickly knock out the second Guard leaning on the railing ahead. Grab his weapon.
